project/contract with us. Larger projects can be set out in stages
under contract for customer satisfaction.

Honesty, Pricing and quotes.
We are happy to provide written quotes by email for all projects within
one business day. We will gladly visit a project location and discuss
options with you.It allows us to inspect and report any possible issues
that may arise with the project before any monies are exchanged.
We refuse to lie about quote costs to undercut other companies.The
quote we provide includes all current labor, special equipment and
material costs.

Respect and professionalism.
TheODDjobs values respect and professionalism. We respect all
areas of the project site such as material, nature, personal and/or
commercial property,and the customer themselves.

Ethics and integrity.
After visiting a project site and before giving a quote, we will inform
you if TheODDjobs is unable to tackle your project in any way. We
believe in a complete and professional job from start to finish and
take pride in our ethics and integrity.

Direct communication and common sense.
Phone, email, text, on site in person with customer(s)

Deposits.
Once you have decided to hire TheODDjobs, a deposit is required
to secure services and materials. The amount of this deposit will
be written on your quote and covers material, equipment and half
of the estimated labor hours. Paid deposits are deducted from
your final invoice.
